A new quantum equation developed by Ahmed Farag Ali and Saurya Das, from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, shows it to be possible that the universe has no beginning, or end, and is in fact eternal.

Here is link to Mike Rivera discussing this topic.
He lists several reasons the BB can not be true.

The theory of Epicycles, kept alive by religion, politics, and torture, holds the record of the longest running totally wrong scientific theory in history!

So anyone using the expression "To the end of the Universe and back" is SOL.

Interesting, but we can't even fathom a finite Universe with our puny human brain. To now change that to infinite is just poking fun at us.

I say we'll most likely never have the capability to know for certain so why bother? A lot of wasted resources and money to find an answer that would ultimately prove to be just a party trivia point. And besides, we won't be around long enough to answer it anyways IMO.

Use all that money on Earth Bound issues first.

But what do I know? My brain is puny...

Peace
