Agree. I had a severe and long lasting mania from a reaction to an SSRI. Fortunately no violent impulses but I can easily see how that could happen especially to a young man.

It's just too much of a coincidence. Both Deborah Jeane Palfrey and Philip Marshall said they would never commit suicide in interviews. If they were reported to commit suicide it would be murder.

I assume the Alex Jones interviews exist and that she indeed made the statements reported about fearing being "suicided." However, there are also apparently reliable reports that she also said she would kill herself before going to jail. Regardless, even if she was killed that doesn't mean it was connected to 9/11.

I can't find an interview where Marshall said he would never commit suicide. Do you have a link for that?

I can't find the link. Here's one of his friends opinion.

We have been in contact over the years and he is the last person to commit suicide much less kill the children he adored. Right now it is being spun that he was despondent over his divorce or money problems even bringing up the altercation he had with his wife’s sister to show he was somehow unbalanced.. He was separated from his wife for years and if I am correct his divorce was finalized. He never wore a wedding ring and dated other women. His exwife lived in Murphys away from the subdivision he lived in. They found his wedding ring sitting on top of the bullets for the glock making it look like he took it off before he shot his kids and himself. To me this is the tell. This is obviously a hit. Also he was on medical disability from United and was not hurting for money. I was last with him in late December to watch a Saints game with him at my home and he was great. He was telling me that I would not believe what would be in his next book concerning 9/11. I guess he was right. The fool that killed this man and his kids obviously did not know him very well.

They destroyed all the evidence illegally. That report could just be rubber stamped to cover it up. Before it was reported Marshall was shot in the left side of the head. The report cleaned that up by saying he was shot in the right side.

He was separated from his wife for years and if I am correct his divorce was finalized.

According to this article he had only filed for divorce in October of 2012 and had a divorce hearing coming up the 25th of February not long after he died.

So, somebody has the story wrong.

I heard both Pelfrey and Marshall say that they would never commit suicide during radio interviews. I think the Pelfrey interview was on Coast to Coast AM but I'm not 100% sure of the venue. Marshall's interview was also on late night radio but I'm not sure of the source there either but I heard the words come out of their mouths and believed them.
While some may scoff because a lot of the information that Phillip revealed was "in the public domain", I've found that the sleaziest of our elected and appointed officials aren't really smart enough to hide their misdeeds. They actually outline what they have done in official documents thinking that nobody will ever take the time and effort to read those documents. I've done enough research in public documents to know that they sometimes do contain "blockbuster" information to those who don't bother to read the documents. I've been able to get several folks removed from office due to what they put in their official reports.

What set him apart from other authors on the subject? Why kill him and not those like him?

I don't know about the others. The first one, she was the only person not to take the victim fund money. She wanted it to go to court. If she lived, there would have to have been a court proceeding on the events of that day. That obviously couldn't happen.
