That's such a cool story, I hope he was able to keep safe

Thanks. I hope he was as well. He was a sweet little thing and very smart. I just hope his tail faded in color to give him a fighting chance.

The feather residue is the coolest part! I would find a way to save that glass entirely. Maybe replace the glass and put the glass up on the wall where everyone can see it!

I was living in an RV out in the country. 15x7 foot. Just me and my tiny dog. (The one a few posts back hugging the duck? That's her.)

Reminder photo

It had a tiny dorm sized fridge, the bathroom was so tiny, I was banging my arms if I tried to stretch them. I had two burners, but if I used them the smoke detector would go off, so it was all microwave cooking for about a year. The toilet was in the shower. Eventually the shower broke about four months before I moved out. I kept asking for it to be fixed and the landlord kept saying it would. Four stinking months of no shower! Ugh! So nasty! Finally rather than fix the shower, he gave me an eviction notice. I figure fine, you see a single woman and you think you can take advantage of the situation, guess what?

One phone call was all it took to Codes Enforcement! There were holes in the wall leading to the outside of the building that allowed mice inside. They chewed up half my clothes that I had to throw away. On top of that, it allowed all that cold air inside. If I DID attempt to run the water in the bathroom, sink, shower, or flush the toilet, it flooded the whole RV, soaking two pairs of my suede boots that I eventually had to throw away because they got destroyed from being wet all the time. Water and suede is not a good mix.

If you go here and scroll down a bit, you'll see the red and white RV. The entire RV fits in the one photo. I also have various pictures of my dog, my daughter, and yes, myself. Even my new, used, convertible I got for my next 2 birthdays and Christmases from my dad. Nice Saab! Heated leather seats and everything! The dealer wanted close to 8k but I got him down to 5! It rides like a dream! I put the top down last weekend to test it and it works like a charm! I cannot wait till summer! It's not bad for a '01! Only 3 owners before me.

When I was living out in the country, I saw coons and all sorts of heron, geese, woodpeckers, you name it, but thanks to the idiot landlord, I'm back in the city again and away from the cool wild life. Oh well, maybe someday I'll find myself near wild life again.

Hah! Gotta love dolphins.

And as far as the puppies, I believe all but one survived. So although that's unfortunate, its still pretty great that most lived.
