Beast into Beauty Photographed

Spiders are mostly fine as they stick to their webs... Brown Recluse spiders and such can cause a heckuva mess, though, and I will flatten them indoors if catch and release isn't feasible.

I got tagged by a Black Widow once... felt like a rock pick (swung by a insane boxer) hit my hand... it packs quite a punch.

Also got hit by a Bark Scorpion in the ...er delicate region...which hurt... a lot and was one of the weirdest experiences I've had... 12 hours of mild delirium and twitching and hallucinating I was tiny and scuttling around a desert... then I came to and just knew where it was in a messy room and put it in a jar...and starved it... I was mad.

I cannot explain how I knew where it was though... made me wonder if the neurotoxin had telepathic qualities.

Bugs are cool... a closet entomologist.
