The UK likely sees less that $100 million of that 5 billion in tax money. Thats a pittance.

I am afraid that Cameron is just as weak as Obama. The advisers being deployed to the Ukraine won't amount to a drop in the ocean. Heck it is barely double the number of trainers/advisers New Zealand is sending to Iraq. Cameron needed to be seen to be taking action on the Ukraine , after copping flak in the media from retired generals.
Cameron is a Chamberlain clone. Appeasing Putin is going to have the same results that appeasing Hitler in the 1930's had yet another European War.

At the rate Ukraine's own troops are deserting or failing to respond to the draft, there won't be many, apart from the bully boy Nazi Battalions, for the trainers to train anyway.
