I can ,but I fear the words are similar to Strawberry 's here to whom we are scum.
I may have reacted inappropriately but sociopaths make LOUSY soldiers we don't really LIKE them ,they mostly run for public offices .WE get killed and that is not well liked by a narciccistic personality and insults us greatly.

Why do you jump into every single thread involving Chris Kyle just to sh1t all over his legacy?

The film reaks of propoganda. It dehumanises the enemy and gloryfies way. It is part of the propganda machine that the military complex cannot operate without. That is why so many US blockbusters and funded by the pentagon.

Since the release of the blockbusting film anti muslim hate online has increased three times over.. The film done its job and the sheeple follow blindy and members of ATS defend the actions of a solider that particpated in an illegal war..

purp..

I'm going to go ahead and assume you haven't seen the movie.

It humanizes the civilians and shows their struggle with the insurgents. Factual portrayal.

It shows the evil that the insurgents were capable of. Factual portrayal.

It shows the craziness that the troops dealt with like mothers sending their young children to blow up Marines. Factual portrayal.

It shows the emotional damage caused by war. Factual portrayal.

It shows the burden placed on families by war. Factual portrayal.

Just because some young idiots have watched the movie and made ignorant comments on Twitter does not mean your assessment is accurate. All movies about war will send the wrong message to those who aren't smart enough to "get it."

But I do not know that everyone Kyle killed was "an enemy"...

So don't you think it's a bit premature for shooting the sky in a defiant "F them"?

If he stated they were, I am good with that. See...I value what other military members state. Especially someone from SF and/or Teams.

Never said I did nor did I say I could I am saying I have the same vaulue to humanity as YOU.
THERE you see I would''t KNOW how to find a job and JUST got kicked out of AIC in Denver because I couldn't retain the damn computer programs. YOU''RE better than I.
The academic stuff was EASY and no math of course.

You don't have the same value for humanity. Far from it and I really can't see how you can claim this.

If you did, you'd understand that a muslim kid seeing his parents die brutally in a bombing run, has every goddamn right to be upset. These are the people you want to see murdered.

I'm not going to keep saying it, violence leads to violence. If you really think another decade of war will solve this, you think wrong.

I should have elaborated on the kill count, I have said that since...
I thought people would understand that since that is the prominent issue surrounding Kyle, not his service or morality in general.

That's my bad I guess.

You probably have "won" in other back and forths, but I didn't resort to calling you "bogus" or saying your opinion was "unpopular"...

& Girth is irrelevant

I was unaware that I had to end everything I say with "but that's just my opinion" without people thinking that I've made a statement as a matter of fact...

I'll try to appease you on that in future.

Now if only some good soul were willing to make a prequel, showing just how it has gotten this far, that would be awesome.

What would you suggest then, if you were given five minutes of floor time in the chamber of congress, to solve this peaceably? I agree that violence only begets violence, but what possible solution is there?

I don't think you're scum mate and anyone who does is probably a hippy that thinks throwing flowers and singing Kumbaya will succeed.

LoL at public offices that's definitely true.

This soldier did his job and he excelled at it he was the real deal behind a rifle. That being said glorifying death and suffering is wrong.

This story shows just how lacking empathy and compassion are today. Yes this man did his job and yes it is wrong to glorify or hero worship death and killing. The best measure of a man is not how he treats equals but how he treats the weak and despicable.

Think I am nuts.......Look at the enemies hero's and ask yourself a tough question. If you do not see this question everything I am saying is pointless to you.

I would tap dance in hell to celebrate the killing of the enemy, which wants to harm fellow military members.

Partotism and nationlism and simple forms of mass control. Trying to discern who the enemy is can be diffiuclt. Are the people out trying to protect there lands from an hostile military force enemies of yours...?
From where I am standing your enemy is a little closer to home. Try your governmental cartel that started two illegal wars on unjust grounds sending US soliders to war simply to make money. Whilst the sheeple rally on mass to defend the actions of these criminal elites because they have watched too much main stream news or too many propganda based films..

Would you not do the same if someone attacked your homeland. Does that make you an enemy..?

GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY, tobacco doesn't cause cancer after all!

In all seriousness, and completely off topic, but you keep going so I'll just join you:

I'm having a very hard time reading your messages and I seriously can't see why anyone would star you besides for the heck of it

but please do elaborate on the difference between murder and killing, and how when a US soldier does it it's a kill, but when a muslim who lost his family in a US bombing run, shoots a US soldier, is a murderer?

originally posted by: CharlieSpeirs Like I said in the following post, his saving others, his love for his country and family, & I didn't know him but I'm guessing the way he treated his fellow soldiers I'm sure all made him someone worth celebrating.

But I wasn't referring to that... I was talking about people who've clearly only looked at the body count and decided that's what makes him a hero...

That's not a thing to celebrate..

well put. we, as a species, have to get past the notion that killing each other, en masse, forever, is working out. the eternal war is a sad but farcical spectacle.

but it's lining the same pockets over and over again.
