Your Voice (Poem)

This has a very strange story behind it, but I thought I would share it!

When I heard your voice, coming out of my phone.
It sent chills through my body, and every single bone.

When I heard your voice, I could not believe my ears.
The beauty inside, almost brought me to tears.

When I heard your voice, it brought a smile to my face.
The splendour of it, made my heart race.

Your beautiful voice, I’ll never forget.
Of all the sounds, I haven’t heard sweeter yet.

When you ended the call, and your voice was gone.
I could still hear it in my mind, and the memory lives on.

I just hope I get my grove back like the older stuff I posted. Writer's block is horrible!!

You're Welcome! I know the writers block deal too! I am just now getting back into a groove of writing. I am working on another installment at The Shed 2. Drop in! You might like it there!! It is Fantasy, but It was easy enough for Me to pick up on it. It kind of blends real life with a fantasy element. Fun stuff for me anyway!!
You can enter some writings of your own into the story, once Ya figure out what is going on, or just hang out. There are some there who do not write in, but enjoy the works of others who do write into it......

Thanks for the invite! I'll look around, but I don't think I'll join in. I'm not one for story writing (except the one I'm doing. LOL). And not really a fantasy writer.
