Greek F-16 Crashes in Spain 10 dead

The pilot inadvertently rotated the yaw trim knob to 12 degrees right deflection. They're supposed to check the trim settings as part of the before takeoff checklist, but they preformed the checklist at least 20 minutes prior to departure.

A combination of wind, heavy gross weight, and the rudder deflecting full right led to a loss of control and the crash.
