I found this today on YouTube .
The guy said his wife filmed it in the monsoon season on the sidewalk.
Really strange.....does anyone have any idea what these things are ?

I walked into a house once that smelled disgusting. I found an old pot on the stove filled with maggots. There were so many maggots I couldn't tell what food was in the pot.
