ISIS Suffers Heaviest Defeat in IRAQ

Over the last twenty-four hours, ISIS has been defeated in every front in Iraq in unprecedented way. From Mosul to the north to Anbar to the west and Diyala to the east, Iraqi government forces, Shiite militias, Sunni tribes and Kurdish forces were all victorious in battle.

and this was posted approximately 37 hours ago.

ISIS Makes Progress in Battle Despite US Efforts

A senior military official says the U.S.-led war against ISIS kills about 1,000 fighters a month, but they are being replaced with more new recruits.

How can ISIS suffer defeat after defeat supposedly but then you get a report from NBCNEWS saying that they are getting bigger and bigger with plenty of funding and new recruits. It makes no sense. NBCNEWS is quoting a US military official while most everyone else is talking about events on the ground. Who is telling the truth or both sides lying in some way at the same time?

Just because you lost a battle, does not mean you lost the war.
They were punched in the nose in Iraq but their army is getting bigger.

What's not to understand? They are losing within the battlespace (as of late as your source noted) but replenishing ranks faster than their attrition rate through their propaganda and recruiting campaigns. Numbers do not win a war, Sun Tzu knew this.

Haha! Don't worry about it. It is just The Ministry Of Truth at work making a believable enough scenario to drum into the masses; the finer nuances of the latest version of truth and who is the current enemy. Man, you must check out the 1984 novel by George Orwell. I swear it is the blue print to the society in progress:

"Oceania is at war with Eurasia. Oceania has always been at war with Eurasia"! Ooops it's just changed, "Oceania is at war with Eastasia. Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia."

Do you believe any of this stuff that pours from the mouth of the media oracle???

I can understand that you can have a set back in your war losing a battle but still be getting stronger. It's just that there have been many stories where ISIS is losing control in the Kobane region. ISIS foreign fighters are wanting to come home because their cell phones do not work, accounts of elderly being released and basic services being non existent in ISIS held territories and on and on. Then we have this report from NBCNEWS that quotes a US military official saying ISIS is getting bigger and can hold on to its territorial gains. It does not make sense. Either ISIS is able to hold on to their territories and gain many new recruits or they are losing territories and not being able to replace their loses due to fatalities and desertions. You can't have it both ways.

The media has changed their jobs for comedy.
Its all a freaking joke to them. News is not even reported anymore like they should.

Isis cant be defeated because it does not exist.
Its a made up orginisation created by an orginisation that officially does not exist

ISIS can add to their ranks all they like...

They won't win another battle again...

Their ambush tactics worked in the first few months...

Now the people know to expect them...

Jihad has been waged against ISIS and they're finding out exactly what Jihad is...

All those new recruits will join their dead allies as the Tribes, Freedom Fighters & Armies of the Middle East, now equipped with awareness of the threat, turn them into fertiliser.

The goal is to make it as difficult as possible to understand. When the difficulty level hits a certain threshold, people become disinterested. When people become disinterested, certain events start to slip through the crack unnoticed. Which opens the doors to potential false flags and a whole plethora of things... among which is fearmongering.

Well despite Langley and Tel Aviv you tube videos,we are fighting somebody or something in the middle east which we or our allies in the area probably armed and trained, or perhaps like their leader Al Bagdhadi they never existed are they are just ghosts, who or whatever they are the President of the United States will not use the word Islamic to describe them so that then leaves us 4 choices the enemy is either a Marvel.DC or Manga outfit or Godzilla.

Domestic support for combat operations needs to be uphold, so on the one hand they need to tell it`s badly needed to continue and on the other hand they need to tell you it`s working...it`s not that difficult if you know what the job of the media is, and that is to tell you what they think you should believe.

The tide of war is constantly shifting over there. One day, IS could hold certain areas, the next, they could lose them. The allied forces have only recently launched a major operation against IS in the North of Iraq, which explains why they have lost some land in the previous days. They had control of some of the land, but have lost it in the wake of these recent battles.

Additionally, IS is always recruiting new fighters, from inside the countries and abroad. While they have a lot of fighters, i am confident that they will see defeat eventually. They may be gaining ground in Syria, but the tide is turning in Iraq. Their structure relies heavily on their allies and tribal structures, both which have appeared fragile in the past.

We're killing them over there and as fast as we kill them any vacuum is filled by new recruits, radicals who are attracted to ISIS like flies are attracted to a big steaming turd. The good news? We're gathering the radicals into one place and getting more bang for our bucks, whittling them down. Take a bucket of water with holes in it, and replenish it with water from a holding tank. It appears that the bucket keeps refilling, but the holding tank is actually going down and the water will be gone in a matter of time.
