Okay, so these are the programs that I have on my macbook air 11" (2014):

✿☆. * ・ 。゚✿☆✿☆゚. * ・ 。゚✿☆゚✿☆. * ・ 。゚✿☆゚✿☆. * ・ 。゚✿☆

Because my free-trial of Fireworks ran out and because I dislike Photoshop for some reason, I am left somewhat at a loss.

As you can see, I mainly use the Preview program for my resizing.

Is it possible to resize a .gif while maintaining the integrity of the image movement on a Mac? & can I do this cheaply and somewhat easily?

thank you in advance for any help.

Preview comes with mac an you have it.
Open the gif with it and Go to tools and you will see an option to resize.

If your photoshop is not expired, when you select "image" and then "image size", you can adjust.
