Kyle volunteered to go wherever the military sent him He didnt choose to go there did he? Those others were also there through orders as well. To commit murder you have to prove they deliberatly set out to kill someone in cold blood.
The bible is clear on soldiers doing their jobs as well. so no it wasnt murder.
