A truly unique performed passed away this weekend, Lance Diamond. A true entertainer, calling his fans "family" and then actually proving he means
it by working hard to deliver a great show every time.
I've seen in several times when I was living in Buffalo. And each show was awesome, from big stage to small lounge. The small lounge shows were the
best, because between sets, he never relaxed, he came out and mingled with the crowd, taking time to talk to everyone. The most amazing thing is that,
even if we hadn't been to his act for weeks/months, he'd remember us, and what we talked about the last time we saw him.
Here he is with the Goo-Goo Dolls in 1993
And a bit about him…
Rest in peach Mr. Diamond. The world is a less-interesting place without you, and you'll be remember by tens of thousands of your family.
