I'm a very recent convert so I wont have all the answers, but i'll do my best. Ask me anything you've been wondering about scientology.

Conversion in the context of scientology is merely semantics, I say i'v converted because I identify with scientology.
That being said scientology is not a faith based religion.

I "converted" because scientology works.

I appreciate the reluctance to disclose the amount. But I'm almost serious here.

So how about it...mucho dinero ? Be honest...it's an easy one for you.

Mr. Hubbard developed a multiplicity of technologies for humanity to apply to their lives. These technologies are exoteric and WILL change your life for the better if you apply them. Breakthroughs were made in numerous areas of life including communication, conflict resolution, study, etc. As for evidence, well thats a vague question for such a huge body of work such as scientology. I'll give you a start though. Close your eyes and picture a cat, got it? If you ask who is looking at the cat, the person will respond "I am," that "I" is the soul. That's scientology's brief demonstration of the soul. If you'd like axioms i'd be happy to provide them.

i concurr - one of the issues with scientology is that it is [ IMHO ] a business marquerading as a religion .

i have many objections to scientology - but the cost [ per se ] is not one of them - or at least would not be if [ as above ] they ran it as a ` legitimate ` business , not a religion

lastly - if you are not going to answer this basic question - whats the point ?

all we are going to get out of you is the vanillia scientology platitudes

I feel that South Park did a pretty good job of explaining the Mormon faith. Do you feel they also did a good job with Scientology?

No. South Park is hilarious, but only hilarious. South Park not an educational program.

Can you give an example of a working technology Hubbard invented? What does it do and how does it work?
