Exactly right, the HMCS Regina was replaced by the HMCS Toronto which is now being replaced by the HMCS Fredericton....

I think you guys might be wrong on announced fleet deployments. As an example:

Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet - Vessel deployments

British Ministry of Defence - Royal Navy operations
