That makes sense...and since the leaders of ISIS appear not to lack of financial means, once you have a basic training and whatever weapon came with it...finding more sources of both (training and weapon) to continue on shouldn't be that difficult...I still have my doubts that these fanatics alone can keep going without any backup but the way they got first hand training and weaponry is very likely.
