This lady has issues...

This lady appears to have some problems dealing with other drivers. I checked out all the videos this girl (in the other car) posted and this lady was way off the deep end. Could've ended worse, but seems pretty over the top as it was

Weird.

I actually thought the gals did a fairly good job. Especially the passenger.

And agreed. More so the passenger than driver. She held it together pretty well and kept the driver from losing her crap.

Here is one that I think may be justified. I think texting and driving should at least get your phone smashed.

I am not sure what country that is from but I will say I can relate to how he feels. I think he showed restraint by just smashing the phone.

So, from a legal standpoint, would I be within my rights to do some, uh, spirited driving if this ever happens to me?

My first thought was man, that would be a great excuse to have some fun. I'm pretty sure that truck would have a real hard time catching up to me at any speed if I wanted to pull away (I don't think it could, at all).

I don't mean like 145 MPH or anything (I just looked it up, governer kicks in at 142 though I think that was removed with the AccessPort), just gun it to 110 or so and have a little fun taking an off ramp too fast.

The passenger did a great job. Giving fairly calm information, advising the driver, I was pretty impressed. Even though the driver was clearly panicked, she seemed to actually be doing a pretty darn good job of not driving recklessly. Considering how freaked out she was, I was surprised she didn't just drive right through that woman.

Glad everyone's alright. I hope the road rage lady gets the help she needs. Something clearly isn't right in her head, and given her history I also hope she loses her license at least until she's stable. It's easy to judge, but I have no idea what she's gone through lately. Clearly isn't just having a bad day and flipping someone off.

I don't know about being within your rights, but I think it's safe to say you wouldn't get in any trouble over it. as long as you didn't cause anybody else to have any issues, anyway. it's amazing what you can get away with if you just communicate with us. heck, I'd even let you smoke when you got outta your car. y'know, if you smoked.

Pretty sure you've seen more than one cop tell somebody they can't smoke, or to put it out. I am not one of them.

How you managed to get offended by that comment is beyond me, but hey good job!
