They had an internal, heavily censored, 'Government propaganda version of an 'intranet', but didn't have what we know as the internet.

Your assessment might be a little off... China has been providing N. Korea 'Internet' - but China's 'internet' is isolated from the rest of the worlds.

N. Korea and the Chinese have never seen what we do.

She's Hot... literally because she's sweaty out in the field and has to rock back and forth to get the Cabbage out and there's a guy behind her with an AK that never smiles.
