I've read about this on ATS before(do a search), the promise seems amazing and I really hope this goes mainstream, it would allievate so much suffering.

I did biofeedback testing in biology in College. I could lower my body temperature at will almost three degrees from my 97 normal temperature. I couldn't raise it much though. We had about five sessions, I learned to do this easy.

No wonder I couldn't fake being sick when I was a kid. I bet the others had the ability to raise the temperature at will.
