Free Bird - Knebworth 1976

Free Bird , iconic song , arguably one of the best songs ever written.
I first saw this back in the 80s and as a fan of the song thought it was a great rendition , now thanks to youtube seeing it again after all these years I still think it great and worth sharing here.

Thanks for posting. Freebird is my absolute favorite and it is on my cd of "traveling music". I have seen Skynyrd a few times and had a great time always. Best of all was with ZZTop.

The version that is in Freebird the Movie is good too. I think it was filmed in 1977 before the plane crash. It's hard to find a Skynyrd song that isn't awesome.

Of course that is very epic with the crowd size and all, but I also enjoy this version.

I'm a huge Skynyrd fan !
