What is it .. upper right hand corner of the pic...? I can't figure it out.. google balloon?? ...what ??

What are we looking for? All I see is sunlight flaring off moisture and fluff on a window?

No source. Did you take it yourself from you own secret high altitude balloon?
And of course, nothing obvious in the image.

I see what you are talking about, But to me, this looks like a hair, that is catching the light. It looks big because its probably on the surface of the lense or window.

Looks like condensation and/or frost to me. I see it sometimes on airplane windows too, looks sort of like that. There is more in the lower right corner so I don't know why you're pointing out the upper right corner.

The OP said "upper right", but maybe he was mistaken.

Having said that, it looks like a picture taken from behind a window, and with a lot of sun glare -- so maybe whatever the OP is specifically talking about is something on the glass and/or sun glare on the glass.
