So, a GJ of 12 people pored over the evidence and decided there wasn't anything to indict on. Are you really going to suggest that the cops leaned on those 12 jurors to not indict?

Only that letting the cops investigate themselves there and prevent their evidence for the grand jury is not impartial…

Don't read anything else into what I have stated.

Ah. So they should do things how YOU want them done, so YOU can see evidence and hear testimony and make up YOUR mind.

Also, never mind that the investigative agency was a different department....

whoops I meant to say "present" not "prevent" in that last reply. If that helps.

My opinion doesn't really matter about what they do there. It is a microcosm for the bigger picture, though.
