I think we have a winner. Just because you don't understand something, and are therefore incapable of experiencing it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
There is plenty of evidence for the realities of astral projection, remote viewing, and all that other rehashed "bronze age Buddhist crap".
Read a book. Do at least a little homework before you go implying that astral projectors are crazy. Your argument sounds like typically weak, rabid Atheist vitriol.

When you dream what ARE you? Are you a Body?
I've astral projected and saw things that were real in this reality. People forget closing their eyes and turning off they are projecting their consciousness out from behind their eyes and into another place..
Well I went out into the world. I could see in the dark because everything glows.. Everything has weird consciousness energy.
I got out I was in my room. When you do it you are like WTF!!! IT's REAL!! Because it's more real than "real" life. I got out and I was in my room.
I floated toward the window and went through it. The glass was ok to go through it felt like gel? The screen felt strange and almost made me lose focus. Then I floated up over the roof. Everything was silvery and glowing. There was no moon. I saw my dog..
I floated over to him, but why is he outside at night? He's never outside at night. He wakes up and comes to me, but then I lose control and sort of fall backward bending back the blades of monkey grass with my back.
I warp to my body still completely awake... I never went to sleep btw. I did this on purpose.
I go in my body now to the back door open it and find my dog right where I just left him moments ago in my light body..
This was the only time he was left outside ever.. And because I projected outside I found him.. I couldn't make sounds in my light body.. I had no vocal chords.. Somehow he sensed me, though it seemed like he couldn't see me.
It's VERY real. What are you if you can dream...??? Just think about it. Even if it's a brain making up a world to be in, you have projected from behind your eyes into a whole different world.. The difference with dreaming and astral projecting is that when you do the astral you are MORE conscious than full waking consciousness.
It's Trippy..
And it's made me KNOW. I can't die. Maybe the dude who has my name will lose his body, and people will miss him, but the rest of me will always be here or there or where ever I AM.

Where is the evidence?

To me, it sounds like an hallucination, that to me is the only scientific way to put the experience into context into my brain. Like another member has mentioned, maybe I need to read up on it more, but it still doesn't deliver proof.
I know UFO's exist, but I can't give you physical proof of it.
Do you know what I mean?
You could say that astral projection is in your head, and I would say yes it is, but so is everything else. It's a step up.. It's THE universe. It's the mind.

That's very good, and thank you for your replies.
It's food for thought , so again thank you.

I was able to fly through the roof and fly around my neighborhood. I woke up and my life was changed.
I went from not believing in spirituality to understanding that I am an infinite being that will never die.
