He still deserved to be charged and tried. Not by Judge Dredd. Nazi's.

Catch 22

How would we handle people who declare themselves innocent and not guilty of robbing a store and assaulting a worker and then assaulting a police officer?

Hard to figure without casualties.

I was not there, were you? That is why we charge, convict, then maybe kill.

Mom...

You keep leaving out the part where Mike dove into the window of the Cop Car.

I wish he could of beat the kid down.

But, Cops are trained to not retreat. To match force with overwhelming force.

He can't just roll up the window and look the other way.

Mike didn't deserve death. Neither did the Police Officer.

Not everyone is falling upon racial lines, some people including those that are highly educated, non black and have graduated law school and practice law see flaws in how the case was handled.

You know I feel bad for his mother after all she lost her son but where is the responsibility? The black community has a problem with taking responsibility for their actions. They blame everything on everyone else. Whats even worse is they're getting a free pass in the media and the media is perpetuation this whole thing.

A. Don't steal and assault people.

B. Don't assault police officers

C. Don't try to grab a police officers gun.

It's common sense Brown put himself in the position. The LEO was doing his job and standing his ground. People think because you don't have a gun a cop can't shoot you WRONG.

You were not there either. That is what trials are for. Cops have been given the blessing to circumvent our justice system and become criminals themselves.

The dead can't speak what really happened. That is what investigations and trials are for.

I wasn't there.

I wish he did not shoot that kid.

Maybe Cops should be trained differently.

Under current rules...This Officer reacted within his rights.

We can have different opinions. I am open to solutions.
