1947: The United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine was established that set forth the boundaries of a Two State Solution.

Israel said yes.
Palestinians, supported by the other Arabs flat out said No.

May 14th 1948, Israel declared itself a nation within the borders approved by General Assembly of the United Nations with a two state solution in mind.
May 15th 1948, Israel was invaded.

After Israel won every nation made peace with Israel except Palestine and Iraq (who had a defacto peace).

That is not true. Palestinians were offered by the UN a two state solution, they refused. They were part of the Arab Army that invaded Israel.

After the war was won by Israel, every nation made peace with Israel except Palestinians, who still refused a two state solution.

They were not and are not the only nation to blame, but you are correct they bare the brunt of it.
