I thought I'd be able to make it, but I've been obligated to go to a concert tonight that starts at 8PM EST. I may be able to call in for the last hour (this thing darn well better not last >2 hrs), but I doubt I'll be able to be on before that. As such, you might want to move the quasar story to the last topic instead of the second, in case I can come in in time to lend my opinion.

I wanted to answer the Remote viewing material here
(this is from memory and no notes)

Ingo Swann was contacted by two Stanford scientist to research psychic material
Russel targ and I cant remember

He created a training program
with the scientist


They came down to break down the issues with psychic's

They researched the issues

one of note rarely spoke about
TK does exist but.. not reliable in laboratory conditions

Anomalous cognition was found to be able to be replicated
so they needed to be able to train in the use of AC

Ingo Swann went through and found something simple

The problem was not the AC but the communicating it

First had to figure how brain worked

Information processing-

stimulus
senses
processing
expression by mind

(i am butchering this for time but it is very basic)

The problem in this was the human brain would alter the information in processing

The training was designed to get the information at the senses being stimulated
pre-processing

The idea was to learn how you think

He went with the GESALT idea
we form this for processing of information

So the idea started with

Massive writing of definitions
Sketching basic shapes (circles, squares pyramids, spheres cubes, excetra)
SSculpting the same thing
drawing ect

The idea is to take what looks like a brain storming session
and turn it into usable information

the brainstorming is supposed to be to catch the information before its processed

the problem is Analytic Overlay
The namer guesser in your head

ex- you see red round sphere
you see Apple
well the tree its conneted to is an apple tree
leaves and everything comes to match

problem is that it was a christmas ornament
it was a fake christmas tree

your brain makes the other information line up to match

The training is designed to go pass that

So your next point after training

They have you walk through various targets

it evolved to this

Target
goes into envelope
Envelope has Alpha Numeric number assigned to it
Number is giving to a monitor
Monitor works with the viewer to get the information
(walk them around the target so to speak)
the viewer then walks through target

Now the reason I mention this
Several things did come up

you have stray thoughts that will interject things

to a phenomenom called bi location
the viewer is in the middle of a psi event

I have not seen to much of this


Now the main trick is
Astral Location..
