Okay.... i know its Russia i am not stupid, and i was just stating that if there was an explosion surely it would be reported because its a pretty big deal when something like that explodes and there is usually a lot of thick smoke too, but i also said that maybe it wouldn't if they didn't want anyone too know. I also said that seems they are thoroughly investigating it surely if an explosion was the source authorities would have realised that pretty quick and it would have been case closed.

A lot has changed since the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine.. but i am not turning this in to a political debate at all i was just expressing to you what i thought and i was mostly agreeing with you...

The closest thing I've seen to anything like that is the pictures from the Starfish Prime nuclear test.

Well I was going to post a picture, but it doesn't seem to want to work, so just google Starfish Prime and check out the similarity.

I just seen this HERE and they're calling it....

An Inter-Dimensional Portal...

I kid you not!

I'm going to go with fireball illuminating the clouds as it's piercing the atmosphere, maybe?

Erm, I'll maybe hold off on calling it an inter-dimensional portal portal for now. Just until all the facts are in!

Excellent find Kloejen. Thats probably about the best we're going to get for details. Really appreciate the contribution. Apologies Im not able to add more myself, but Im currently writing tedious reports that are nearing due dates!

cheers

Swamp gas

Not bad... I made it to the 2nd page before the swamp gas comment! It could well be. You never know.... stranger things have happened!

another vid..

the light looks like it is coming from the ground in this vid

It does kind of look like it may be ground based, and its just reflecting off the clouds. Strange, as the other videos really make it look like its in the sky.

Good work on finding a 3rd vid. Probably safe to say it's unlikely it's a hoax.

Cool. I mentioned earlier in the thread that it reminded me of the high altitude nuke tests from the 50/60's. It was the starfish prime stuff I was referring to -

After watching parts of that i am leaning more towards it being some kind of nuclear testing now, kind of unsettling if thats the case with all the recent events.

Doubtful. I still think there are other causes but meteors or Nuclear testing is rather out of the question, since that nuclear test would have being to close near the civilians.

Definitely ground based. You can see the fireball. Write, what is it? That's a MASSIVE explosion. It does look nuclear, however I don't think so as we would have detected it and it surely would have been on the American news by now, unless the gov't is hiding it..

Not necessarily. A nuclear explosion can be very far away, yet very visible for miles...

Judging by the lack of reaction that sort of thing must happen a lot there. Missile launch?

1. Not a nuclear test. It would be longer as time duration, hotter, white not all in reddish color, not so smooth but having mushroom look, etc, and will be noticed of course by many neighboring countries (seismic waves etc).

2. Not a meteorite. It has nothing to do with Chelyabinsk meteorite. It is static it is not moving as meteorite would. An argument contrary to that would be, it exploded too far. Well, let the teams go and check that place what happened. Why aren't there records from the place where that thing exploded above their heads?

3. If it is neither of the above, remains the option of yet unknown Russian military technology to have been tested. We cannot rule out Russia has performed such tests. As for example the Norway spiral following after Bulava test above White Sea.

4. If it is not however Russian secret test, it remains the option it is off-world visitor. UFO. Aliens. If that explosion is publicly shown to hundreds of thousands people, millions by now, perhaps it will be followed by going on the ground and finding whatever landed/crashed/shot.

Does it mean we could expect a Russian-made Disclosure in the next days? In anyway it would be a better scenario than the other one offered to us: slow but sure escalation over Ukraine that leads to one thing, a nuclear world war.

I'm real busy at work, but it looks at first peek like some of these videos have time stamps.

If you go by whatever universal time zone it is in Yekaterina, what do seismographs show at that time, accounting for prop time to the seismograph from there?

If it was a nuke or a very very large ground explosion, you'd expect to see at least the regional ones going off. You could see the Nork fizzles all over that side of the world.

Even a sizey air blast will leave some mark on local seismographs.

What does Japan show? Poland? England? France? It should take a few minutes to get there, but they ought to show something if it's a big detonation.

I believe it to be some type of Military Weapons Test.

The Russians need to be feared more than most people think. They would be no " push-overs" if war ever happened.

They've never really been 'push-overs' though have they, I imagine they're very feared, same goes to our Military's.

It looks like a nuclear weapon... i know its probably not because the world would have gone nuts.
perhaps a new type of weapon?
