Well even Harry can be Mr. Polite and Proper sometimes.

He says congratulations to the probable new Senate majority leader to be Mitch McConnell.

But does he really mean everything?

Maybe but probably not.

"I'd like to congratulate Sen. McConnell, who will be the new Senate majority leader. The message from voters is clear: they want us to work together. I look forward to working with Sen. McConnell to get things done for the middle class," Reid said in a statement.

What's he done for the middle class since he's been a U.S. Senator?

Hilarious.

The GOP. Not gracious if defeat. Less gracious in victory. Keep selling it.

Just another politically correct slap in the face ... of the middle class, that is.

If you ask me, 'we' lost again.

At least they haven't told the Dems that it is now their turn to sit in the back of the bus.

Harry really said that!

Cause his actions clearly said otherwise.

As to 'gracious' ?

Gee its not like they are telling people to get over it.

Like this:

www.realclearpolitics.com...

Hell after 6 years of being called every name in the book, and mocked ?

I would call them being 'gracious'.

Short of bombs and bullets anything to get Harry out of the Senate especially in a leadership position is fine with me. He played nothing but partisan politics and is a fine example of why there should be serious term limits. Maybe he and Peelowsee can commiserate together now instead of ram thru things so they can read after it passes.

Before the Ping May, a rusty cargo vessel, could disembark from the port of Santa Marta en route to the Netherlands in late August, Colombian inspectors boarded the boat and made a discovery. Hidden in the ship’s chain locker, amidst its load of coal bound for Europe, were approximately 40 kilograms, or about 90 pounds, of coc aine. A Colombian Coast Guard official told The Nation that there is an ongoing investigation.

BS. The Dem's had the senate until this election. Why is it only the "will of the people" when it's one persons will. When it's anothers it is wrong?

BS. The Republicans had the House since the 2010 elections.

The majority in the House represents the majority of the population by Constitutional definitions.

The reason for Senate retention was because the Senate only elects 1/3 of the seats every two years.

The House elects all (435) seats every two years.

That's why we have imbalances from time to time.

Good for balance of power.
