MAD Punishment - 20 years in prison for Palestinians that throw rocks at cars.

How brutal is this oppressor regime? I just bring to your attention what you probably already may know, but nevertheless it's important to always highlight the Machiavelli justice and double standard system against Palestinians.

Netanyahu Government of Occupation has approved an amendment to the Israeli penal code that would enforce tougher punishment — up to 20 years in prison — for Palestinians who throw rocks at cars.

How great is that? People that doesn’t agree with an oppressor and occupier regime and by any sentiment of injustice (perfectly understandable) remembers to throw rocks at them in act of protest, can go to prison for 20 years!

This is a disgrace for “civilized” countries that proclaim Justice, Freedom and Equality for all, to stand and be compared to this kind of "maniac" society that uses the name barbaric to catalog Palestinians.

How many years in prison those IDF guys get, when they use, for example, the Skunk “spraying/showers" on Palestinian community’s to humiliate them?

"Mowing the lawn" instigating conflict in occupied Gaza to draw activist youth into conflicts so they be identified and neutralized. Every few years, as new children mature, the IDF starts operations to mow the lawn.

Please, this is not a topic about land dispute. That we already know that has been robbed and illegally occupied for more than 66 years (and counting) and no matter how you paint it, it will never change History.

I think this is to do with throwing rocks at moving cars which is as close to attempted murder as one can get with such an issue...


However it doesn't leave much room for manoeuvre does it.

Anyone can claim the Rock was thrown while the vehicle was moving, this could become a dangerous law!

For an instant, I thought that the law should be based on the consequences of throwing the rocks to IDF cars, but I don't think that's the point. The objective seems to be blind punishment or, opportunity for undiscriminated punishment.

I don't believe that rocks do any arm to these type of vehicles:

I would have to look and see what the punishment is in other countries for throwing rocks at cars before I could say that 20 years is excessive and out of the norm.

In palistine for example what is the penalty for throwing rocks at car? do they cut your hand off? if so then I would say 20 years isn`t so bad.


ETA: I did a quick random check and In florida the penalty for throwing a rock at a car is 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Wow that's an unbelievable post. Throwing rocks is a common act when your nation is occupied. They can't do much else since they don't get shiploads of modern weapons from America.

Not all Palestinians are Muslims and just so you know, no-one including Muslims are promised 30, 72 or 1000 virgins in Heaven. Do some research or something..
