If ur an American u should have a problem with this im sure, if its in another topic please let me know as im sure u will. I would just like to say that its ludacris & it will start up civil problems as in protests & possibly riots. I have an analysis of it from this link im trying to plug, forgive me if takes a bit of time because im new to being a member here but not new to the site at all.

The so called PII was defeated and dropped. Some of its provisions are supposedly in the National Intelligence Reform act, which has been passed and awaits the pres's signature to become law.
