Mad World

I am beginning the thead with the following lyrics, as they seems to represent my current state of mind, and the overall gist of this thread, in general……

All around me are familiar faces

Ooops, forgot what I wanted to say. LOl. But not really. that's the state of affairs 'round here, a forgettingness, and those who remember are crazy, and if we write about it and others, then, "know,", well then that's a whole other bad new subject.

You see, we are allowed certain communcal knowledge,as long as it can be attributed elsewhere.
How would you feel if what I describe is exactly that way?
And, in that void, wouldn't you do whatever you had to….to label the "author" of such : insane. or inane, whichever comes first.

It is a mad world.

It is indeed a mad world. It is also one of great beauty and much hope. My own life has been a long road, difficult and sad, but also filled with love and wonderful things too.

I'm guessing you watched "The Voice" tonight? I caught the first two performances while eating dinner with my family. The guy who performed this song was pretty spectacular. Then again his opponent was pretty solid too.

How apropos, Night Star…you were one of the first to say hello to me, and escorting me on my way out, as well.
I'm glad you present the case, perhaps, there is beauty left, here, too….
Unfortunately, I don't join you on that sentiment. Wish I did. Guess that's what defines we should no longer be here, or lacking an escape, we just will no longer have a voice…..

I challenge you to tell me what is beautiful about that? For I used to be one of the ones not only of beauty but of recognition and painting of it….all those three. But we dispense with what tells the truth hereabouts….just my take.

The thread topic deals with this: and it is a challenge:
What more could hell be: than for the evil one t o tell you that since you were a child, no matter what, what you experienced: IT COULD NOT BE YOU.
Forevermore, it would be someone else, instead. And then all those whom claimed to be you, were visited with the worst pain, so that even though they lived on, they would hate you for that, as well.

So, you whom are you, cannot be you. You whom experience life in many different ways, cannot be you. Someone else must pretend to be you. And they will be punished for that lie, and then you, after that. And all that will be erased from your mind, till you're awoken, once again, to it, to a whole new generation with you to blame…..

Eh. I watch very little TV but my family is very "The Joneses". I try to not judge much since it is pointless to bash my family's interests. Plus I can still enjoy quality music performances without engaging in the show. No need to be hostile about it though. There is nothing wrong with people watching mainstream TV.

I guess it's just maybe synchronicity then since this song was performed an hour or so before your post.

To defend myself and Nightstar the song is wrote beautiful regardless of the content. It's emotional and touching and haunting.

The world itself is still beautiful as well. Beauty can't exist without ugliness so if you see no beauty anymore you have to adjust your attitudes. When you focus on only the negative things in life and see no beauty or hope you are aiding the negative side of things you lament.

The essence of reality for humans is the sum total of their thoughts. Every person who has given up on hope, love, joy, beauty and other positive things exerts a negative force. It's all about attitude. I hope you can rediscover the beauty of life among the ugliness. It starts within you and only you have the power to change yourself.

Any number of billboards I ride by seeing should inform me as to that, as there are quite lovely women thereupon……

I don't agree with you there. If that's true, I am truly as ugly as I appear. I was hoping the ugliness, you see, was only skin deep…..
You may or may not know from my post history that I am a believer in mind control, and believe I suffer from this.
And further, I attribute the ugliness in my mind currently to this.
Beyond that, I think that the essence of reality for human beings (which, why do so many on this website qualify this that way so often? Are there "others" here, among us, in that many numbers?) has got to include our actions, surely? Amongst other things, as well, like, for instance, (apparently I like the comma as a punctuation instrument, or just being wordy, in general, cause I like typing on the new keyboard) maybe things we read, or is that inclusive of thoughts, maybe……

Anyway,

Every person who has given up on hope, love, joy, beauty and other positive things exerts a negative force.

We do? Really? I know you've got to be tired of me asking that, but it's just that I can't have you thinking about me in this way---that I exert some negative force, that is. Cause I'm not forcing anyone to be negative, just because I think that way, every once in a while when I'm feeling down. My being depressed doesn't cause one soul here to feel or be the same=depressed. As in, I am not keeping anyone or making anyone….down.

And thinking I'm the cause of that because of my thoughts, controlled or otherwise, just isn't so.

Just an update, as if anyone or for anyone who might care: I have patch pain control now…and a new keyboard.
That serves as a warning, as the two combined could be considered dangerous…..
