Why is so hard to explain this kind of stuff!!!
1. The Snake was already created long before the creation of the universe.
2. The fruit that Adam and Eve ate, was sex. They were innocent right up to that moment. But it is in human nature to procreate, they were having their doubts about it, because nobody was teaching them (they were just ordain to do certain thing, nobody explain them about sex). The "don't ate from that tree" probably meant not to do what the animals in the garden were doing. Then came the snake (yes, some snake can speak), but this snake is not necessarily a real snake. Is about knowledge, the kundalini serpent is about sexual energy use for spiritual purposes (sounds weird for some people), it goes from the genitalia up through the spine up to the pineal gland ( If we make a transversal cut of the pineal gland it will look like an eye, the eye of Ra ) in the brain ( if we draw a sketch, we can find that it looks like a rod, a caduceus ), when Moses in the desert hold up this symbol ( this was a double serpent spiraling up a rod, meaning that the DNA helix has to be doubled, male and female in one ), he basically was saying, "here is the knowledge to cure your illness, look for it and learn". ( With a lot of practice you can manipulate your body so it can heal by itself without the need of medical attention )
3. Same goes for the Tree of Life, is the flaming sword ( the DNA strand ). The secret to get inside the Garden of Eden again. If you can deciphered it, then you are worth to get back into the Garden of Eden.

You will need to us scripture to show when this was. He was in the garden after Yahweh created him. Your point is to say he was created by Elohim in Genesis 1. Not the case. Unless you can show the verse from Genesis 1, then you have only confirmed that he was in the Garden Yahweh made. Elohim and a garden is not mentioned in Genesis 1. The garden was planted by Yahweh in Genesis 3.

Please provide the verses from Genesis to support your thesis.

because there is no way that any fact could have been omitted from the bible. if it is not in the good book, then it is not worth considering.

god is omnipotent and omniscient. that means he knew every second, every inch of the fall of man, inside and out. he was intimately familiar with the event before adam was even born. that is what it means to be omniscient. the last second of existence was already playing in his minds eye when he said let there be light. to not know the future means you are not omniscient. so heres where that leaves us:

1. he put the tree in the garden knowing that he was putting the tree in the ONE spot in the whole universe that they were GUARANTEED access to it. trillions of other locations where they would have never known it existed. but he put it right under their noses.

2. satan somehow managed to weasel his way into god's garden without god knowing? yeah right. i call BS on that one. again: OMNISCIENT. nothing happens without his knowledge. therefore every second of that snake's time in the garden had to be telegramed straight into god's head. which brings me to the third point:

3. he literally just sat there and watched it all go down. he put the tree in the only place they could reach it, the only pest who could possibly mess things up just happened to get into the one place he could do the most damage, and somehow five minutes of conversation destroyed years worth of parenting and resulted in the condemnation of the human race.

In Ezekiel 28 God plainly states that Satan was created.

15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Therefore the Devil was a part of creation, since there was no creation after the 6th day, Genesis says God rested after that. The events in Eden were after the 6th day where Ezekiel 28 also places the Devil. Ezekiel 28 also places the Devil to have been among the burning stones upon the holy mountain of God. We are not privy to the creation of angelic beings and their realm in Genesis, but we can deduce from Ezekiel 28 when God says he was created that he was a part of creation.

The Devil is just a created being, the Covering Cherub, like man is part of creation though lower in the flesh.

Job 38

4 “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?
Tell me if you have such insight.
5 Who determined its dimensions?
Certainly, you know!

6 On what were its footings sunk?
Who laid its cornerstone
7 when the morning stars sang together
and all the sons of Elohim shouted for joy?

This was when creation and Earth was founded, before mankind.

Genesis 3

3 The snake was more clever than all the wild animals Yahweh Elohim had made.

There are three Hebrew words used in Genesis to denote being created, made and formed. Each carries a distinct definition that will then show you the Snake. Look the words up and then get back here and reply to what you find. I think you will be surprised.
