That contestant exhibits classic form. He is bossing the cops around, deploying legalese-style phraseology, but using his big VICTIM VOICE. His "howl of pain for the news lede" is worthy of a metal band. If he doesn't get an Oscar (TM), it's because he allows to much dead air between his commands and pleas. This prevents the police from getting angry and losing it. His delivery is only off by a few seconds, but that can mean the difference between a few thousand video hits on youtube, and a settlement worth hundreds of thousands---of dollars!

Keep trying, bro. You'll get your big break eventually.

This guy is watching way too many police brutality YouTube videos and thinks he can fake being a victim. He's probably acting out, hoping he can later file a lawsuit for police brutality and never have to work another day in his life.

I love the part where the cop asks him "What does that even mean"?

Funny video. I just wish it was longer.

Stuff like this happens more often than one thinks.

Like previously stated it will increase due to visions of earning huge settlements.
