i think you misunderstood, i'm saying it's not that hard to think they would.

other than the one hour test that is suppose to be out i haven't a clue, seeing that symptoms manifest anywhere from 1 to 21 days.

That is the question.
If they can't tell who is a carrier, but they know a group contains carriers, would they exterminate entire groups to save others?

Why shoot them when the bodies are still infectious. Now you have to send staff to physically dispose of them.
