Yummy!

I've added some of those really really tiny chocolate chips before, as a treat, for the girls.

I'll put the cinnamon in the batter next time, with your recipe of course. I tried bananas once but, they wound up with an odd consistency, almost slimy...yuck.

Yeah, I do a blueberry and chocolate chip one for our friend's daughter, she likes that combo.

With bananas you need to use the really ripe ones and whisk them into the batter until it is smooth. You can omit some of the milk as well.

So if this is cheating I understand.

Here is a dish I made at the new Michael white restaurant I'm working at as a special.

Hanger steak, chimichurri, fried egg, agrodolche veg and potatoes.

Maybe this will be the restaurant group I stay at for awhile...... who knows

So here's the rub on that. I have the gig yes but three weeks ago I moved to ugh DC for ten months to repair some family stuff. My dogs and my girlfriend are still in the city. I took a bold move and I hope it pays off. When I'm back in the city I will tell you what restaurant I'm at if you're still interested. That is why I mentioned the restaurant group. Because if I can't transfer than I will just leave and work somewhere else in NYC.
