I remember watching a program about bush meat and how they export it to the uk illegally for the people who like it that have moved here.

Yes very bad if that is this case. I've lost track here.. Who is saying that it is the same man from the UK who was supposedly cured? I'm sure I read earlier that the man who has died in macedonia was in his late 50's, but they've not named him? The one who was treated in the UK, William Pooley, is 29 I think.

and here we go...

he survived, he was allegedly cured....but obviously not....

this looks like a relapse..

if he wasn't cured, and was asymptomatic, could he have acted as a carrier? could he have infected others?

now there's a scary thought, eh'?

Might not be him.

New dead guy is 58, Pooley in his 20s.

Dodgy translation or communication errors is my guess.

Just seen this.. I hadn't seen this when typing my above post.

ahh, well alright then.

if it's not him, that's exceedingly good..

Is it?

If he died of Ebola and actually didn't go to or come from any of those countries in W. Africa ... then the question of how he got it is ... problematic.

Yeah, definitely. What does that leave? Taxis, subways, airplanes, hotels?

Food service; luggage carts; toilets; door knobs; escalator handrails; money/coins bills; airline boarding passes; airplane in-cabin airborne droplets; toilet snot; plane-seat sweat; overhead luggage doors; customs bins/trays; shop merchandise; taxi/car doors, window handles, knobs, seats;....All the traces left behind and embedded by people who do/don't know they're infected by a DEADLY VIRUS.

Every day, a new impression left for the next one to pick up and pass around.

No, you don't necessarily have to visit the infected area...that area will come to you, compliments of those that are selfishly and desperately trying to flee from that stricken area to save their own lives, while potentially infecting yours.

RT is the only news source that is saying the cause of death was Ebola. The only one. All other sources are saying ebola like symptoms but nothing is confirmed. I didn't have the time to read all replies and maybe I've missed something but aren't we kinda exaggerating a bit with this scare?

Now, he said: "We have serious indications from several places that he consumed large amounts of alcohol, so the theory that this might be the cause of death is very much in play."

What's the Macedonian Government? You mean F.Y.R.O.M.
