Soooo.... Judges are not capable of child endangerment?? Funny how that works, because most people who would put their child in a situation they know is potentially lethal for no good reason... well, they usually wind up with no child and a stint in jail.

This was a very idiotic thing to do to prove a point. It may wind up being one of those "Cut off your nose to spite your face" type of things. I hope it doesn't wind up bad for anyone else other than the judge if it winds up going bad for anyone.

I don't really consider Ebola a type of game. Maybe I'm just messed up that way...

Or it could be that as a judge he basically makes the rules and as such he is above the rules in his own mind.

I'm in no way trying to burst your happy bubble. But, this does need some thought too.

Who is watching the back door? No one, that's who.

DHS figures indicate that 112 individuals were caught illegally crossing into the United States from Guinea, 231 from Liberia, and another 145 from Sierra Leone, the three Ebola “hot spots”. This represents a 95% increase over 2013, before the Ebola crisis heated up.

And DHS pulled 30% of its agents off the border in August, to deal with the massive influx of illegal minors from Central America, leaving even fewer agents to defend against invasion, as the Ebola catastrophe gets worse in Africa, and people get more desperate to get to America for treatment.

toprightnews.com...

We have a bigger problem than airports.

Des

That's just it Des.. it proves intent. The open border is the cause
so far for a recurrence in drug resistant TB, plague (yes it's back):
and a few other things we haven't even been exposed to at all.

There's a really good reason for that border to have been left open
for the last thirty plus years and with little to no restrictions..
and the reason isn't good. Gee I feel like a candidate for the next
CDC spokesman contradicting myself like that... cool. BUZZ.

I'm getting the kneeboard ready for S.Illinois again. Getting shot at
in E.StL or up the highway a little is starting to look pretty good
compared to this three ringed rabid orangutan circus... at least
I might hear one or two coming by so I can like DUCK.

This just in at 2300: " ...The chances of an Ebola outbreak in the
US are still extremely low." off a netwok (no typee) Web stream.
We're so definitely fried.. pass the peanut oil, we're stickin'.

Have you ever had to use a public restroom that is, well disgusting?

Unfortunately I've been privy to this and make conscious decisions to not touch surfaces as best I can. He was only there to manage the situation, he probably didn't sit or even open the door. Other then the underside of his shoes it could be pulled off, at least I could pull it off if my life depended on it.

Your immune system protects you from most of that.. Ebola is one of the most infectious diseases infecting with as little as 1-10 individual particles.. Listen I don't get sick from normal things that go around and I sometimes don't wash my hands all that much. Lived with my girl who was sick all the time as she was(is) a teacher.

My immune system won't do much against Ebola. There's a difference ya know?

Besides that another guy who went into that apartment may have Ebola.. Does that not come into play here?

Good. Flag and Star! Thank you for the voice of reason somewhere
in the system yelling at this creature. Breitbart or AP, I don't care
about spin. This transcends politics now, this is plain idiocy on a
legendary level that should get the judge censured and removed.

At least-- it's a violation of any state's health and safety laws:
and maybe Felony Reckless Endangerment if he comes down with
anything more than a cold. God forbid he starts tossing all over his
bench in a cold sweat, but if he does:
this guy's story would get buried by the LSM deep like Jimmy Hoffa.

And I sure don't want to watch and wait, much less see. I have...
and Kevin is only an actor.
After hearing this go down, it could be the most stupid publicity
stunt since... I can't remember, and I've got a decent memory.
As I said just before to Des (just before); when you get shot at
there may be a couple of rounds whistling by so you might be
able to duck anyway. Just pray for the kids, they don't deserve us.

Sorry Dobro bud, common sense and rules of court seemed
to split up by 1956... maybe earlier.

In his own mind? My uncle and I were headed back to our
home town in cousin's super hopped up Impala back when
I was almost old enough to drive.. he said about that late Sec.
of State (with the 5's and 10's leafing out of those shoe boxes
in the bedroom):
"Two things wrong. First, he probably thought he was going
to live forever. Second-- after a while, maybe he didn't think
what he was doing was wrong anymore."
I think my uncle, who was a mayor six elections a row for that
town, described for the first time to me what a secondary
psychopath was. And they've made it into all the niches in the
hive, Glob help us.

Could be he knows it's not Ebola & he has nothing to worry about....think about it.

On that note, here's an interesting point of view from Jon Rappoport:

EbolaGate?

I honestly don't know what to think anymore.

Thanks for the redirect, Signalfire. Looks like somebody well-read
in vaccines and other hokum has ripped the establishment a new one.
Again. I'll listen to one of Jonathan's caliber before any heavy rifle squad
of pharma hacks.

Don't get me wrong-- with something this potentially hot I will exercise
caution, and a beer barrel full of skepticism when listening to the High
Priests with the white coats. Somewhere in the middle of this we must
notice where emotion is being capitalized to replace reason.

Risking your life to prove a point is one thing. Risking the life of yourself, and your family to prove a point is sheer stupidity. I hope that not only do they take his child from him, but if his child gets sick, that he gets charged with first degree murder, and spends the rest of his life in prison with the memory of how through his actions he killed his child.

Has anyone seen the Judge?

He had been in front of cameras daily, but nothing for how long now?

He is up for re-election if i recall correctly.

Anyone?

Wondering what happened to the shirt. Did he just wash it (mixed in with other clothes?), hang it in the closet, wear it again, burn it? I hope someone asks him when he appears in public again. He could actually sell it on eBay once the crisis is over (or before!).

He was on FOX news this morning. It was taped from yesterday (Wednesday).
He's still alive. Although in his eyes he looked nervous to me .
But that could be his normal look ....
