I am confused, did the CDC said that he was in serious condition from critical? or I miss read that.

And I agree, if the man gets cured without even taking a vaccine that means hundreds of thousands from infected countries will try to get into the US, as the airplanes been monitored more this means trying to cross the border.

It would be terrible.

Thats a good idea for a thread.

Will the infected try to come to America or just away from Africa for treatment?

What I keep having questions about is, the missionary doctor who was brought back a few weeks ago seemed to recover awfully quickly after getting treated, to the point where after a few weeks he was well enough to testify in front of Congress and give plenty of interviews. If Ebola literally dissolves your internal organs within hours/days, how is the recovery from it so quick and complete? You'd think any survivors would look like death warmed over for months afterwards. I know a simple flu knocks me down for months. Is this several different diseases, does it affect some races differently than others, what?

I would assume that it depends how quickly you catch it? Like if you go to the doctor first day you noticed symptoms and they start treating you... Versus going two weeks after noticing symptoms? I don't know how far into it they caught the disease in the missionary doctor, but I do remember then saying he was in critical condition. But I also remember him walking out of the ambulance and into the hospital so he obviously wasn't THAT critical, right?
I dunno, just a thought.

I can't even begin to speculate on that. Did he die last night and they are hiding it, or did the Israeli source jump the gun?

Cna't panic the football fans you know, that would disrupt the economy! But can't report it first thing tomorrow morning either, that would disrupt the stock markets. What's a corrupted CDC to do? Maybe report it late tonight after everyone is sleeping?

I fear they will:
1) NOT stop the travel, and;
2) WILL try to delay elections to 'protect the public' after they manage to get this spread into every metropolis in the U.S.

If there was any time to raise hell and protest the government, this is one of the most prime times I have seen in my over 50 years of life.

I posted information concerning the increase warnings about infected people trying to come across the border by health officials, in the largest thread here on CDC first case, actually since the spread of ebola in Africa the authorities has identified over 70 people that had made it to the border and are Africans and not Latinos.

The reason the borders are still open is because the political agenda behind amnesty.

Interesting.

I think it safe to say now, that the people in Ebola affected regions are watching to see what happens here, particularly his fate, with far more interest than we are.

If you knew you had been exposed, wouldn't you do anything, give up everything you own for a chance to get to the USA, IF you knew they could/would be able to treat you successfully?

There is unfortunately a lot riding on this man's fate.

IMO

They won't stop allowing travelers from infected regions to enter the US. All of the "experts" on CNN are spouting
the CDC gospel, which is pretty sick, pardon the pun. The doc from Vanderbilt needs to be booted off CNN. In fact, CNN should send a crew to film the filth at VU Hospital. In the corners. Everywhere.

I posted the same thing also, my sentiments exactly, If I was infected or from and area where the infection is a hot spot, you bet that I would do anything to get into the only countries that could ensure by survival.

hell yeah

The problem is that I would not give a crap who I infect in my way here

There was a quite good CNN interview a day or two ago (Christine Aranpour?) where they said it only takes two days to get a visa to enter the U.S. from Liberia.

We're still treating people in that country like legitimate tourists, in other words.

I've posted this before but it bears repeating; look at the number of plane flights globally in any given moment; it's sobering. Military flights are not generally included in this number. Give the planes a few seconds to populate the screen, then you can click on any of the plane icons and get it's origin, destination and other information.

Yep the 'sounds like capt. Kirk' named doc is spouting the same crap all of the professionals are spouting. I used to respect him too until this last week. Now he can stand beside Freidan and the rest of those CDC and NIH talking heads when the public finally gets the nerve to line up all these treasonous bastages that let this happen.

I'm sure the VU hospital complex is much cleaner when you go below - you know there is almost a mini-city underground that entire complex, right? Mail service, commisaries, living spaces, as well as anything else needed to keep working when everything goes to hell above the ground. They will all be hiding there, as well as the bunkers under Denver airport, and all those other underground bases, when this thing multiplies out of control here.

(puts back on his brand-new tinfoil hat - made it just this week)

I need to go review all those 'nutcase' threads I dismissed over the years....may have missed something I need to know...make sure I got a good view of whats about to happen to us...

You are correct. Amnesty is the reason that we are not closing our borders to people possibly carrying infectious disease.

Look at what has happened on our southern border

Border patrol agents have caught a virulent form of TB from the illegals they are processing

The Opolio virus that is paralyzing american children is popping up where the illegal children who are at the border are being sent

The mystery virus that killed 2 Americans is also alleged to be brought to the US by the illegal children.

What is our government doing about it?

As long as they aren't vomiting, etc.

Kids with low grade fevers are given tickets to go anywhere in the US they say they have relatives. The government has also sent them to all 50 of the states in as even of numbers as they can.

If a person arrives on the southern border, regardless of where they are from,
as long as they aren't visibly ill

they are given a piece of paper to report to someone (which is never followed up)
and a ticket to the place of their choice in the US.

TB, Opolio, mystery virus, and now Ebola be dammed, amnesty is more important than the citizens of the US.

Well, isn't that a curious conclusion considering it has nothing to back it up, even the mention of Reuters. Maybe who wrote it confused him with a Liberian-US man who died earlier in the summer?

Or that currently "Ebola patient in Dallas takes turn for worse"- Reuters Source from this yesterday.

The OP is in a news brief that is shared on Twitter and FB.
Sites are starting to pick up on it already:

I read about that virus and the devastating results in children, what can I say, but to tell you that when it comes to private interest, politics and money we the people are the ones that get screw at every turn.

See, we are expendable the elite is not, so they would keep themselves alive even if it means killing most of us the commoners.
