No really officer... I didn't see the bear, honestly.
I was bent down tying my shoe at the time and didn't see anything.

I think anyone should be allowed to film in a public place, and I believe that a national park or forest is considered "public," considering WE own it. Obviously areas that are restricted for national security purposes, such as military bases and the like, would not be considered a public place since civilians cannot go there at will, but they can go to a park or forest...In that regard I do believe this is absurd.

National parks aren't a public place...they are private land owned and operated by the US Gov.
