Burglar Falls Asleep In Home, Photographed By Police

This is sad to say the least. I'm certain burglary is a difficult job, but I believe this will be the incident the media will exploit. They'll cover this day and night to garner civilian support for a union to protect known burglars.

I'm being sarcastic obviously

The Sarasota County Sheriff's office says a cleaning lady called deputies Monday morning when she found Dion Davis inside her client's Nokomis home. They showed up and started taking pictures of him in the bed and didn't wake up. They posted one of the photos on the department's official Facebook page.

If the comforter looked so comfortable, why didn't he just steal it?

Maybe he crashed from illicit substances? Or perhaps he tried the bed out and discovered it was just right?

No way. He had to have passed out. I still don't get how he stayed in that position.

I hate to judge this guy because I don't know the circumstances, but it seems like he just passed out from drugs.

From the pic it looks quite certain, looks being the key word, he certainly looks like he's nodded off.
