There were statements in recent news articles attributed to Michael Brady, a 32-year-old neighborhood resident whose apartment window overlooks the scene of the shooting. This is the first interview with this witness that I've seen. He was unfortunately running outside to get a better view of the events during the critical seconds when Michael Brown stopped — and either attempted surrender or charged Officer Wilson.

Here's the video on the Anderson Copper 360 blog

The gist of his statements (my take):

- Saw tussle at window (not clearly) but states Johnson was standing some few feet from window at this point.
- Did not hear first shot.
- Saw Brown and Johnson flee and Brown run up the street with Johnson apparently ducking off to the side behind a car.
- Says Wilson exited the vehicle and immediately fired 1 or 2 shots.

at this point he runs outside in time to see:

- Michael Brown doubled over with his arms at his waist, falling forward and stumbling at a step or two.
- Officer Wilson is simultaneously approaching and firing another short volley.

This contradicts the police version so it is invalid. Plus the witness is black and may have rapped about crime in the past so his testimony again is invalid. This is why we profile. It makes the reports so much easier to fill out.

OK I admit I am being sarcastic.

So he was moving toward the officer and his hands weren't up. Why is it that out of all these witnesses NO ONE saw whether or not Brown charged the officer? Witnesses before, witnesses after, but for some reason the 10 seconds in the middle was observed by no one... convenient.

but this contradicts the thug account and it comes out more than a week later so it is invalid.

Why are we not using his friend as an Eye Witness?and get his testimony? Will be on stand in the trail?

So he didn't see everything.

That's what we call a unreliable witness.

This has a bearing on his statement...

I am waiting to hear these statements by witnesses under oath...

So, this witness says the cop shot at Brown while Brown was running away AND the cop shot 2-3 times while Brown was falling down as his hands were clenched at this stomach... Interesting.

Remember when everyone was enraged because the cops shot a guy in the back, who had his hands up and said "please don't shoot I'm unarmed" ?

Remember how when all of that turned out to be untrue, people shut their mouths and realized that common sense showed us that.... wait a second.

Because his friend is a thief and liar from 2011. He's known to have already lied about witnessing Brown being shot in the back, which the autopsy has shown not to have happened. Basically, his testimony is/will be, invaid.

Be a job big or small see it through or not at all. If your gonna fire the gun, make sure you unload it and hit the man every time. DOUBLE TAP!

It seems to me he had to have been moving forward because he was laying stretched out on his front.Moving forward, gets hit in the head, dies instantly, momentum carries him forward,he lands on front.
I might be wrong but it seems to me if he was standing still and upright, when he got shot in the head, his head and shoulders would have been knocked backwards and he would have landed on his back or at the very least he would have dropped straight down into a pile with his knees bent, not all stretched out on his front like we see him in the video.

Is it known yet if this gentleman has an attorney ?

It seems this fella isn't talking from a script like some of the other "witnesses".

Hard to tell for sure.

A credible witness is one who is honest and only states what they saw/heard. I don't see any reason to discount what this man says because he happened to run outside so that he could get a better view of what was happening.

I think if he was already hit in the arm/torso/chest that he was leaning over so a bullet hitting a guy as big as he was would likely not force him backward. I am sure it would stop him as far as a head shot, but his momentum would still keep him falling face first as he did.

yeah, it reminds of the term "mission creep" that the military uses.
The Brown supporters hitched their wagons to a falling star from the get go.They slowly got deeper and deeper into defending him as each new revelation came out,now they are so deep into defending him that their egos won`t let them admit that they are wrong.
mission creep, starts out as good intentions then slowly descends into an indefensible quagmire.
