Vice reporting live in Ferguson

Vice is currently reporting live in Ferguson, and i find they are doing a good job at shining a light on the actual happenings regarding the protests right now.

That could be a very good source, but right at the moment the only thing moving is the VICE press team of four (I think) people. They're walking from the command center at the Target (something) to I don't know where.

VICE live crews do a good job, granted, it's live, and they do alot of promoting their efforts..

but... I would rather view raw feeds, than edited MSM pieces if you know what I mean...

Good that they have "Press" shirt/vests on because of the comments last night during the conference.

Tim Pool @timcast whose feed they also broadcast, has my vote for the Pulitzer.

And an ATS t-shirt and first crack at commanding the ATS camera drone, after the Amigos. He has experience and courage.

Good for folks to know they can watch, although tonight I hope they are allowed a peaceful environment in which to protest, without guns aimed on them. The answers are not always tactical.

I know a lot of people don't care for him, but the feeds sometimes crash, get interrupted, etc. so it's always nice to have another one just in case. I'm switching between Vice and IW.

Everything seems to be pretty calm so far.

True, but i find Vice to be a pretty reliable organisation when it comes to these types of things.

I'd say that both, raw feeds and live broadcasts from outlets, have their own pros and cons.

I think we are on the same page in regards to VICE...

I enjoy the unpolished reports, and especially the live feeds...

Folks should be able to discern the reporters' opinion if/when it's inserted into their efforts...

News IMO should be 95% boring.. 5% eye opening I get that from VICE...

What I see in a nutshell is this. They are waiting on civilians to turn on themselves,
and then they will descend.

The media should leave and let the cops have at them for a few nights.
