I'm glad that you can at least admit Brown was a criminal. When a criminal such as Brown assaults a police officer and attempts to disarm the officer, it is a much more serious incident than the officer being "scared" as you claim. It rises to a felony. Attempted murder of a police officer. In Texas that's a capital offense punishable by death! Does Missouri have the death penalty? If not they should! You shall see justice when Wilson is exonerated of any wrongdoing. He should get a promotion for ridding Ferguson of a no good thief.
