I've found a new stream, and it's the only one streaming. That's disappointing. The police scanner isn't even working.

Ferguson, Missouri.

Darren Wilson’s first job was on a troubled police force disbanded by authorities

FERGUSON, Mo. — The small city of Jennings, Mo., had a police department so troubled, and with so much tension between white officers and black residents, that the city council finally decided to disband it. Everyone in the Jennings police department was fired. New officers were brought in to create a credible department from scratch.

That was three years ago.

Well, that's concerning...

Would be interesting to see some "internal" reports from that investigation !!!

Wonder if Wilson was part of the problem, or a victim.

I think either way, as the article says, he learned to be a cop from a force that was already so far gone they all needed to be fired to even bring peace to the city.

That's pretty telling.

Impartial investigation by Ferguson PD and St. Louis? Then why is the Ferguson PD public affairs officer using his official capacity and soliciting donations for Officer Wilson?

interesting reading

Exactly. It takes a few years to get comfortable enough with the job to get lazy, cocky and a good pile of dirt on your shoulder.

Well I would say is all or nothing with supporting Wilson.

If he is indicted and tried and found guilty, the supporters will sure take it on the chin.

Or, they will fly the flags high if Wilson is innocent.

50/50 bet.

I was under the impression they are part of the Police Organization for the ST. Louis area. Not a union since we are prohibited from having them in the traditional sense. Since it involves a member who is an officer.

Based on everything I am seeing (public info anyways) I don't see an indictment.

They're saying there won't be *any* decision on indictment from the grand jury until at least October.

Might be time to start pouring money in to the protesters and live streamers to make it worth it to keep going. Otherwise, there WILL NOT be an indictment, period. No way they're going through a trial unless it's simply to appease the protesters and get them to stop.
