The Ukraine Supreme Court ordered a new balloting on Friday because of what it called "massive fraud".
A major setback for opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko as this occured just one day after he had scored a landmark victory in the Supreme Court that
invalidated a fraud-tainted runoff 12 days ago.
