MH17 information that has been gathered so far.

Mh17 left Schiphol Airport at Amsterdam on route to Kuala Lumpur.
It was flying at an altitude of 33000 feet (slightly above 10km) over Ukraine when it was hit by a missile.
There were 298 souls on board, 196 Dutch, 42 Malaysians, 27 Australians, 11 Indonesians, 10 Brits, 4 Belgians, 3 Germans, 3 Philippines, 1 Canadian and 1 New Zealander.

The aircraft (a boeing 777-200 from Malaysia Airlines) was likely hit at the front left of the cockpit.
Igor Strelkov posted a message and a tweet about shooting down another AN-26, when it turned out that this was a civilian aircraft the messages were removed and their involvement denied.

Rebels "sezing" control of a BUK missile system, which then is filmed continueously by Ukranian friendly forces, is not likely. That has the word "False flag", written all over it.

Second, and the most important part. Ukrainian government ceased the opportunity to wage war on the Rebels, under the US/European umbrealla, to cease control of the area.

It means, they were planned ahead, and ready to take the opportunity. Which took the rebels by surprise.

Where?

I am pretty much convinced since that tragic day that it was the rebels who shot that plane down, and they are still obstructing the gathering of evidence. All the MH17 threads lead me up to say this.
People who are very critical of Western news reports, pro-Putin or suspicious of anything Ukrainian failed to present credible evidence or arguments to the contrary.

So if you have something challenging this summary by the OP, please present new arguments or new evidence.
Otherwise we are not going to buy "the Ukrainian government did it" version, nor that "it was a false flag".
Two weeks was enough to prove it.
