there is no difference, and there's not a whole helluvalot any given individual will be able to do whilst in the white house.....other than to deflect blame and fault onto their opposition throughout their time and tenure there.

while I can certainly respect the Office. it's really kinda difficult supporting or respsctinge the individual holding such, once you realize that they're just as much a pawn in the grand scheme of things as are you and I

10:1????

if you were to ask and get a truly candid response from the last few, obama as well... it'd likely be that they felt their hands/feet were tied or committed elsewhere throughout.

can't shake one hand without shaking the other .... lest you find yourself 'outside the beltway' ... wanting back in.

these folks have nowhere else to go.... unless, of course they can snag a good deal consulting others, given their 'knowledge of the inner workings' and such.

'here's how you get monies, support to, through or from this/that committee, agency, etc.

revolving-door politrix for the win - Alex!

I'm personally looking forward to a Clinton Vs Bush, you couldn't pay for better entertainment, unless Joe Biden and Sarah Palin get picked as VP picks

I like Nancy Pelosi and John McCain.
It makes airborne ebola look good.

Kermit/Miss Piggy against opponents Howdy Doody/Pinocchio is shaping up to be an interesting political race. Miss Piggy says she doesn't mind the mud slinging, and Pinocchio is oddly silent.

Let the puppet theatre begin.

Oh what a wonderful division tactic this shall be!

Our only hope is that this will cause people to vote third party or not at all.

The lies of democracy could not be any clearer, perhaps we need this to be the ticket!

just look up Monroe Doctrine and as an extension of it PNAC and Woflfowitz doctrine. Do you want to be part of it?

Entire US of A politics is aimed at foreign politics according to these new doctrines. Look it up at Wiki. See how you complicit.

stop micro voting. Get aware of what your country does abroad. Stop killing.
Learn of PNAC doctrine.

We too want to survive.

No one wants that future for their children. We are humans, equal. we have rights.

If I were Jeb Bush, I would constantly pound the Goldilocks meme: 41 was too soft 43 was too stupid 45 would be juuuuust right

I think you just hit political gold... maybe not say stupid but use hard instead.

I actually see this as working, it's a way of acknowledging you're a bush but differentiating them from one another in a very simplistic and easy to understand way.

So you've had a Clinton in office before...
& 2 Bush's...

Now you may get to choose between another Clinton or Bush...

That's true democracy!!!

Peace USA!!!

I seriously don't think the Bush brand can be salvaged after GWB on a national level. You wanna motivate the Democratic base go ahead and put a Bush on the ticket.

That says it all really. But you are being too generous. Personally, I don't think there's anywhere in the world that the Bush brand could be pushed.

but, .... what is Your answer to it all, neo.

If people want to change this countries leadership.

The first step is 'The people' changing themselves first.

Washington DC is a reflection of 'the people'.

They elect what they 'want'.

Doesn't matter who goes there garbage in garbage out.

Neo,
While we don't have the same leanings on many issues, I've always appreciate your passion for your beliefs, but how do you fix a system that is set up to make sure that only the handpicked candidates make it to the end?

Those that are handpicking the candidates to make sure no matter which party gets in power it still will be business as usual won't just say 'you got us' and then let the masses in on their little shenanigans. They've had a stranglehold on the world for too long to just go away.

When all our elected officials are bought and paid for by the those who control how/what people think and then those purchased politicians only pander to the vocal minority of each its "bases", how do you fix the system? The blind (the masses) don't see.

Project Mayhem would tilt the balance back to even. But how realistic is that?

I would say that if Hillary is elected, I'll volunteer for being inflicted with Ebola because that is what she will do to America, to finish off what the disease known as Obama, has started.
The Obama disease has already decimated America on a grand scale, I hate to think what SEA HAG Hillary will do to the country.
And a Bush would be problematic for the country too, but dying from a terminal disease is still dying.
