Well Obama's track record in court cases that involve the laws and whatnot is not so good.

He has lost some big cases.

The birth issue is more "personal" and not based on actions by Obama that affect laws.

Obama has lost several key court cases that directly involve his "interpretations".

Actually he has... Brush up on what an EO is, how an EO is applied and to what branch of Government its restricted to. Brush up on he responsibilities of Congress and those of the President, compare them, and see which branch is allowed by the Constitution to change / draft / remove laws.

Take the ACA as an example. That law has specific dates that segments of the law are to kick in. There is nothing contained in the ACA that allows any types of delays to occur, nor is anything in the law that allows the President or OPM to delay / change / modify the ACA.

Using an EO, Obama has pushed / delayed deadlines for the ACA.

That use of an EO is illegal.

Well the Federal courts have ruled against Obama and executive privilege on the fast and furious debacle, with the judge ordering the DOJ to turn over all files related to it.

The courts ruled Obama acted illegally and violated the constitution when he decided the Senate was not in session and appointed members to the NRLB.

The only people in fantasy land are those who think Obama has not violated the Constitution or abused executive privilege or executive orders.

Obama's race has absolutely nothing to do with his stupidity and incompetence and for some people to try and make that argument apparently cannot defend Obama on his accomplishments that refute the accusations.

I don't like Obama, not because he is black, but because he is shredding the Constitution while representing the interests for foreigners over those who elected him.

Race is not an issue and for those to try and argue it is are the racists.

Which has nothing to do with what we are discussing now does it. It doesn't even fit into the topic at all unless the attempt is to try and compare the latest court actions on Obamas illegal use of executive orders and somehow link that action into the birther movement.

If I recall you are the one who brought up birther issues, not me.

Please try to remain on topic while also understanding the birther movement was initiated by civilians where as the latest court actions against Obama and his illegal use of EO's is based on the House / civil rights / government watchdog groups etc.

There is a difference between the 2.

CHARLESTON — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey on Tuesday said his ofice has filed a lawsuit challenging President Barack Obama’s practice of “cherry-picking which laws his administration will enforce.”

Now you read that correct, the Words Lawsuit!

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleges the Obama administration repeatedly has demonstrated it will change or ignore certain laws or statutes to promote or protect its political agenda.

“We filed this lawsuit today because we wanted to put an end to the Obama administration’s efforts to really ignore the rule of law,” Morrisey said Tuesday evening. “This lawsuit, I think, will have a very positive effect protecting West Virginia jobs and, ultimately, limiting the president’s authority that applies to energy, health care and a host of important matters.”

The lawsuit cites several instances where the administration has ignored the law on immigration matters, environmental and mining regulations and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

2 wars that were authorized by Congress, including democrats.

Congress exercised their authority by authorizing the use of military force.
Obama's use of executive orders to change / ignore / modify existing law is in fact illegal and unconstitutional.

You guys really need to keep your eye on the ball and stop trying to drag up previous actions that were lawful. One would think with the full throated defense of the President would rely on more than what occurred during other administrations. Obama has been in office for 6 years now.. This mess is his own making.
