Best downloader to use with firefox

I'm always looking for a better down loader. I currently use Flash Video Down loader and I find it good. It actually finds all the videos on a thread on ATS which I like. But it will not download video which may be imbedded, I don't know, Usually they are videos in a website that cant be downloaded. is there a downloader that will download these videos??

Sometimes Xisoftdownloader will download these but not always

Something that will download adult material into the bargain would also be good.

Any ideas?

Try flashgot or download helper, it works for me and the latter offers coversions to mobile formats, which is handy.

I use download helper

It recognizes and downloads almost any video, embedded or not.

Oh...it's a Firefox app

I know that this is not the answer for your question, but I have problem because i cant open a new thread.
i dont know where else to post this, so sorry for spamming but i would like to solve this. when i click on to the 'new thread' button, the whole pages turnes grey.
does anyone know why?
