It sure does have all the ingredients of a farce, were it not for the citizens who are lighting up the proverbial cigarette after feeling royally um...

Remember who has been hired to sign up these people. Check out the volunteer organizations they used and are using to get people's information, I mean, signed up.

Remember this article:

Felons could have been hired

I don't like the ACA, feel it just put more money into the hands of insurance companies.
I did like the idea of what they tried to implement, it was just done horribly.
But what is the point of this? To show that you can lie and cheat the goverment?
Congrats, just proved something everyone already knew.
But of course this is the obama admins fault that some one went out of their way to prove a point that everyone already knows is possible.

lol, this is the next "scandal" on the line, we'll see Darrel "the arsonist" Issa, waste everyone's time and dime, again...

That's why de-funding Obamacare is the sensible approach rather than taking months to go thru Obama stonewalls...
Thanks for reminding us the correct way...

I really don't know why anyone would be surprised by this, during congressional testimony several security eggheads said the website security was nonexistent. They ran test after test and they all failed and failed badly. Before the shooting starts I did IT work for sometime so I sorta fall into the egghead dept. on this. So I am NOT picking on eggheads. Only the Federal government could spend a billion dollars and achieve a fornicated nonfunctioning insecure website.

And its still that way after how long now? Since Oct 2013. The law says operational and certified by Jan i 2014. Fat chance of that maybe ever. These are the people you will ultimately trust your life to. Smaaaaart.

You are only shelling out that money when and if income taxes are filed, as tax credits. If they don't file, fictitious people don't file taxes, you're off the hook! However, the insurance premium is still paid for.

have them arrested and thrown in jail, it would set a good example.

I would rather have ACA defenders arrested, and thrown in jail for supporting the current administration who DEFRAUDED the public.

That would set a good example.

Accessories after the fact.

So you want peoples free speech to cause them to go to jail?
Good to know neo.

See the problem there is the people who will be on Obamacare weren't paying income tax to begin with.

As it was suppose to specifically target the so called 'poor'.

Which if they could get insurance they would have already had it.

But THEY DID ALREADY have it since that thing called medicaid exists.

That was SPECIFICALLY created for the poor.

The ACA was not needed.

And if people were getting denied healthcare ?

The US Government was doing it.

That aint got jacksnip to do with free speech.

The act of fraud is ILLEGAL - Those who gave us the ACA.

Those who willfully supported that are accessories.

Because those who aid, and abet in the breaking of the law ?

Are guilty.

Well, I'm pretty poor, and I pay a monthly premium. But, at any rate, the article said that these fraudsters paid for their policies.

You said you'd want the defender's of the aca to be jailed.
They have every right to defend what they think was right. And you want them jailed.
That is jailing some one for free speech, how do you see it different.
Unless you want to the people that helped create the bill jailed, then I would almost agree with you.

"Due Process" is out the window me thinks.

How can the courts operate efficiently when the laws themselves are being routed hollow and the blanks filled in with EOs, Memos, and administrative directives.

Doesn't matter what you think, due process is still alive and kicking.
Do you want to get rid of it?

They have every right to defend what they think was right.

Forcing people to buy a corporate product(healthcare)

Was not even close to being 'right'.

Obama is doing a great job of "getting rid" of many things isn't he.

But following the laws would help the system don't you think ?

How is side-stepping and selectively by-passing "helping" anything at all ?

Don't you think the existing "Legal" immigration program is good enough ?

Why are all the changes necessary anyway ?

But people have the right to think that it was right neo. And they can not be jailed for such thoughts. That is literally the point of the first and you know it.
I agree tho, forcing people to buy a corporate product was not right, sure it did give a small percentage of people help but it screwed over more.

No the current immigration program is horrible.... If you want more legal immigrants then start making some what is congress doing threads.
And just so we are clear, obama has not gotten rid of due process right?
Or would you like him to do so?
